Destination Art Experiences is House of VSE's new format for site-specific, multi-sensory art — conceived not as a programme installed into a building, but as one drawn out of it. Light, scent, sound, ritual, and performance unfold across the architecture itself, choreographed for the people who move through it.
The first stop is Ie Fushimi, a centuries-old merchant house concealed behind walls in Kyoto's historic Fushimi district. Each booking is an intimate, small-group session — designed not as a visit, but as a threshold crossed. Guests don't simply see the work. They carry something of it back out with them.

Every booking moves through a sequence of spaces, not a single room — a threshold, a courtyard, a hidden chamber below ground, each carrying its own light, sound, and presence. Tea is poured. Scent lingers. The architecture itself becomes a collaborator.
