House of VSE is an art management and site-specific installation practice dedicated to shaping immersive, culturally resonant art experiences across public, institutional, and private contexts.
We work at the intersection of contemporary art, spatial design, and human experience. Our projects extend beyond conventional exhibition formats — inviting audiences to encounter art as something lived, felt, and remembered, not just viewed.
Anchored by a strong artistic vision rooted in light, materiality, and site-responsiveness, every commission is shaped by its context: the architecture, the community, the history of the place, and the people who will experience it.
Based in Singapore and working internationally, we actively foster cross-cultural exchange — facilitating collaborations between Singaporean and international artists through site-specific commissions, immersive installations, and collectible artworks.
Our Process
Every installation follows a careful, collaborative arc — from first conversation to final installation.
Listen & Discover
We start by understanding your space, your audience, and what you want people to feel. Site visits, conversations with stakeholders, and research into the history and character of the location all inform the brief.
Concept Development
From listening comes a proposition — a core artistic idea that responds to everything we’ve learned. We develop this into a visual and material concept, presented with enough specificity to imagine but enough openness to evolve.
Making
The work is built with care, often by hand. This is where the concept becomes physical — through material experimentation, prototype testing, and the quiet persistence of making something that will outlast its opening.
Installation & Handover
We handle the full installation process, working with your team to ensure the work is presented exactly as intended. After handover, we provide full documentation and ongoing support for the life of the work.
Who we are
Wei Lieh Lee
Principal Artist
An intermedia artist whose practice centres on transforming everyday spaces into immersive, emotionally resonant experiences. Working across light, performance, installation, and tape art, his works invite moments of wonder, reflection, and connection within the rhythms of daily life. Renowned for his large-scale light installations at Singapore Night Festival, i-Light Singapore, Singapore Art Week, SIFA, and the Singapore Grand Prix, Wei Lieh has illuminated tunnels, waterfronts, housing estates, and civic spaces — engaging communities at every scale. In recent years he has expanded into contemplative tape art, merging tape and light in intimate, framed works that translate his site-specific sensibilities into collectible forms.
Gary Chin
Commercial Partner & Curator
A wellness entrepreneur and curator who brings together artistic rigour and commercial clarity. Gary’s dual background — in both the wellness space and the art world — enables House of VSE to deliver projects that retain their artistic integrity while remaining accessible, meaningful, and sustainable. Many works we create carry an awareness of mental and emotional wellbeing, offering moments of pause, reflection, and connection within contemporary environments. That perspective is Gary’s influence on everything we build.
